Where are you located?

We’re located in a lovely rural village called Sarn situated on the Welsh border near Shropshire.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express as well as Paypal.

Do you have a different size?

We only have the sizes listed on the product page in stock. We unfortunately only carry limited sizes in stock. However please do contact us at hello@dextersden.shop to discuss custom requests

How do I cancel an order?

Email us as soon as possible at hello@dextersden.shop. Once something has shipped, we can no longer cancel and refund an order.

Will I fit into a garment listed as one size/free size?

Our one size garments are items that are meant to be worn oversized, are free flowing or adjustable. If you wear a size small to large, these items will generally fit you. Please check our measurements and size guide! We list out model’s measurements as a reference.

Can I get next day delivery?

Yes we offer next day delivery if the item is ordered before 2pm & if the item is in stock for £5.99. You can select the option at check out.

Please also note that we cannot accept goods that are not in a re-saleable condition or that have been used, unless the goods were damaged or faulty when received.

Please ensure that you return the goods to us no more than 14 days after the day on which you have informed us that you wish to exchange the item.

Goods are returned at your own cost, unless an item is shown to be faulty when received. We recommend using a signed for or tracked service to ensure the package arrives safely and in good condition.

Pocket Den Dog Bed Care

Can I wash my Pocket Den?

Yes, the Pocket Den beds can be machine washed at 30 degrees or lower on it’s own or with similar colours. We recommend hanging or keeping flat whilst drying to keep shape.

We don’t recommend ironing or tumble drying

What size should I get?
